About NexaWorks
NexaWorks is a two-sided marketplace that connects people ready to contribute with organizations that have meaningful projects waiting to be done. Participants contribute their skills for free, while organizations pay for structured project support.
We believe people want to contribute to causes that matter. But finding the right opportunity — one that matches your skills, fits your schedule, and creates real impact — has always been difficult. NexaWorks solves this by turning organizational needs into structured, clearly defined projects that anyone can complete.
NexaWorks is a branch of NexaYouth, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The platform builds on NexaYouth's experience serving students and communities, expanding access to meaningful project work beyond the original student service program.
Every project on NexaWorks benefits an outside community, partner organization, or the public. Organizations post defined projects with clear deliverables. Participants apply, contribute, and submit their work. Upon approval, participants build a documented contribution record they can share with schools, employers, and licensing authorities.
