NexaYouth Service is a platform where you can complete service projects and earn verified service hours. Here's what you need to know: You pay a fee for access to the platform — not for hours. You earn hours by completing work that our staff reviews and approves. Your school or program decides whether to accept our documentation — check with them before you sign up. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must consent and make the purchase for you. We can reject work that doesn't meet our standards, and you may need to revise and resubmit. Don't plagiarize or submit work you didn't do. If your family can't afford the fee, you can apply for a waiver — no student is turned away because of cost. You can request a refund within 7 days if you haven't submitted any work yet. We keep your data secure, and if you're under 18, your parent can ask us to delete your data. By using NexaYouth Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Platform Description
NexaYouth Service is an online platform that provides students with access to service projects, a submission system, staff review, written feedback, revision handling, and verification documentation. The platform fee covers access to these services — not service hours themselves.
2. Earning Service Hours
Hours are earned by completing work that our staff reviews and approves. The number of hours a student earns depends entirely on the work they complete. Submitted work can be rejected, and students may be asked to revise and resubmit. Payment does not guarantee approval of any submission.
3. Eligibility
NexaYouth Service is for high school and college students aged 13 and older. Students under 18 require parental or guardian consent and a parent or guardian must complete the purchase. Students under 13 are not permitted to use the platform.
4. Parental Consent
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review the plan, terms, and refund policy, provide consent, and complete the purchase. The parent's name, email, IP address, and the terms version accepted are recorded and retained.
5. Acceptance by Third Parties
NexaYouth does not guarantee that any school, honor society, scholarship program, or institution will accept its documentation. Students are responsible for confirming their institution's policies before enrolling.
6. Financial Hardship Waiver
We waive the fee for any student whose family cannot afford it. Students can apply for a waiver without providing income documentation. No student is excluded from this program because of cost.
7. Refunds
Students can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no work has been submitted. After 7 days or after a submission, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Account Termination
NexaYouth may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, our Acceptable Use policy, or our Academic Integrity policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and last updated date at the top of this page reflect the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
