Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use
NexaYouth Service is for students to complete service projects, submit work for review, and earn verified service hours. Users must provide accurate information and use the platform in good faith.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: submit work that is plagiarized or not their own; create multiple accounts to circumvent review; misuse the platform to harass others; attempt to manipulate verification records; or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
3. Consequences
Violations may result in submission rejection, account suspension, or permanent termination. Verified hours associated with fraudulent submissions may be revoked.
4. Ambassador Conduct
Ambassadors must disclose their affiliation whenever they promote NexaYouth. Ambassadors may not make prohibited claims about guaranteed hours, guaranteed school acceptance, or purchasing hours. Ambassadors must pass a quiz on prohibited claims before activation.
