Verification Policy

1. What Verification Documentation Shows
Verification documentation shows only what was actually approved: project names, completion dates, approved hours per project, total approved hours, and the verification source for each project (either NexaYouth Service staff review or the name of the confirming partner organization). The plan's maximum hours are never displayed on documentation.
2. Verification ID and Public Lookup
Every verification document includes a unique verification ID. Schools and institutions can use the public lookup page at /verify to enter this ID and confirm the student name, total approved hours, project list, and issue date.
3. Verification Sources
NexaYouth Service Projects are verified through staff review. Partner Projects are verified by the participating nonprofit organization. Both sources are clearly identified on the documentation.
4. No Guarantee of Acceptance
Verification documentation does not guarantee acceptance by any school, honor society, scholarship program, or institution. Acceptance is determined solely by the receiving institution.
5. Document Footer
Every verification document includes the following footer: "This record reflects work completed and approved through NexaYouth Service. Acceptance of this documentation is determined by the receiving institution."
