Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window

Students can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no work has been submitted. After a submission is made, the platform access fee is considered used and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support with your name and email. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Financial Hardship Waivers

Students who received access through a financial hardship waiver did not pay a fee and are not eligible for a monetary refund. Their access can be revoked if terms are violated.

4. Chargebacks

We monitor chargeback rates. If a chargeback is initiated, we may reach out to resolve the issue directly. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
