Financial Hardship Waiver Policy

1. Our Commitment
We waive the fee for any student whose family cannot afford it. No student is excluded from this program because of cost. No income documentation is required and no proof is requested.
2. How to Apply
Students can apply for a waiver from the plan page, the checkout page, or the FAQ. The application asks for student name, school, grade, parent or guardian name and email, and a short explanation of why the waiver is being requested.
3. Review Process
Applications are reviewed by NexaYouth staff. Staff can approve a full waiver, partial waiver, or decline. Decisions are typically made within 5 business days.
4. Approved Students
Students who receive a full waiver get complete access to the platform at no cost. Partial waivers reduce the fee. Waiver status is tracked on the student's account.
5. Privacy
Waiver applications are kept confidential and are only visible to NexaYouth staff. Application information is never shared with schools or third parties.
